Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our ability to accommodate other clients for reallocation of your appointment time. Henceforth, there will be no refunds if cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours of appointment time. Thank you for your understanding and support! Client Health Information and Responsibilities - Clients must complete all required intake forms before their session, disclosing any relevant medical information. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any injuries, allergies, or health conditions. Sports massage services are intended to support general wellness and recovery; they are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a serious health condition, consult a healthcare provider before booking. Scope of Service and Liability - Our therapists are trained and certified in sports massage techniques. However, the therapist may refuse treatment if they believe it could negatively impact the client's health or safety. By booking, clients agree to release the therapist and the business from any liability arising from potential injury or aggravation of existing conditions during or after treatment. Data Privacy- All client data collected during booking, including health information, will be kept confidential and used solely to ensure safe and effective services. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law. Right to Refuse Service- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these terms, exhibits inappropriate behaviour, or poses a health or safety risk to themselves or the therapist. Amendments to Terms and Conditions- We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in policies or services. The latest version will always be available on our website. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
